The Public Service Alliance of Canada is applying for conciliation to the Minister of Labour to assign a federal conciliator to assist in reaching a tentative agreement for UCTE members working at NAV CANADA.

Alongside a mediator, the PSAC bargaining team met with NAV CANADA in Ottawa on August 27 and 28.

Our bargaining team met with the employer July 3 – 6 in Ottawa to continue negotiations.

Our NAV CAN bargaining team continued negotiations May 7 - 11, 2018 in Ottawa.

Our bargaining team is very pleased with the progress made during this round of negotiations. The employer and our team tackled and resolved many non-monetary proposals.
